You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to interview coordination and offers, while optimizing channels and contributing to talent mapping and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with stakeholders.
• Ownership, execution, and a results-oriented mindset with initiative.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals, including channels and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on talent solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Optimise recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency, build quality candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes.
• Track and review recruitment outcomes on a regular basis, identify gaps or challenges in the hiring process, and proactively suggest improvements.
• Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives, including talent mapping, market research, and recruitment process optimisation.
