Job summary

TikTok is seeking a results-driven consultant to manage brand relationships and drive revenue growth. You will consult on strategy, optimize campaigns, and educate clients with data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates will combine sales instincts with strong analytical capabilities, partnering with Brand Partnerships to unlock incremental spend and build long-term partnerships. Onboarding is required by year-end.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, advertising, technology or media field or related discipline.
• Proven experience in account management or client services within digital marketing.
• Proficient with media platforms and advertising KPIs.
• Experience across multiple verticals.
• Strong Excel, dashboarding and analytical tools.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and a creative problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with brands, agency teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate client media plans and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Maintain accountability for campaign health and KPI performance across accounts.
• Lead consultations on integrating Always-On strategy with performance marketing objectives.
• Present data-driven insights and business reviews to clients.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to drive revenue opportunities.
