Job summary

TikTok is seeking graduates in AI/CS to join the Live Recommendation Architecture Team in Singapore. You will help design and optimize large-scale data architectures, build scalable storage and computing systems, and work with ML engineers to apply advanced analytics and NLP techniques to massive datasets.

You will contribute to end-to-end data processing pipelines, resolve production issues, and collaborate in a fast-moving, globally distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's in AI, software development, CS, or related fields.
• Familiar with open source big data frameworks (Hadoop, Hive, Flink, Spark, Kafka, HBase, Redis, RocksDB, ElasticSearch).
• Proficiency in Java, C++ and other programming languages.
• Strong coding and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement offshore data architecture for large-scale recommendation systems.
• Develop flexible, scalable, high-performance storage and computing systems.
• Troubleshoot the production system and ensure stability of operations.
• Build distributed storage and computing infrastructure for massive data.
• Develop analytics to transform raw data into meaningful information.
• Apply data mining, NLP, and machine learning to extract insights from large datasets.
