Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in AI, software development, computer science, computer engineering or related field.
Solid programming experience in C, C++, Java, or Golang.
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, or backend.
Effective communication, strong ownership, ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
Strong interest in AI Agent systems, engineering automation, or infrastructure platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and develop intelligent tools for large-scale recommendation systems to improve R&D efficiency and quality.
Build AI Agent-based development workflow systems to improve stability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness across the software lifecycle.
Develop gray release systems driven by business metrics to enable safe, stable deployments.
Enhance observability for recommendation systems across multi-region and multi-language environments; implement end-to-end tracing and attribution.
Develop algorithm engineering toolchains from experimental models to production deployment to improve iteration speed and delivery quality.
Overhaul platform architectures and build data intelligence assistants for smarter operations and scalable engineering practices.
