Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a proactive Project Executive to support AI and technology adoption in a public sector environment. You will coordinate projects, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively while driving awareness of AI initiatives.

Location is Novena with a 1-year contract. You will assist with AI tool deployment, training, and events while coordinating licences and budgeting. Prior experience in public sector projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in any related discipline.

Responsibilities

• AI Tools, Outreach & Training: review AI tools and solutions, engage stakeholders, coordinate training and upskilling.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Platforms: assist with licences usage, budgeting, coordination; plan AI training programmes.
• POC, Events & Partnerships: coordinate technology showcases, partner engagements, monitor POC trials, assess adoption potential.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Executive to support AI and technology adoption initiatives within a public sector environment. This role is suitable for candidates with strong project coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.

• Location: Novena
• Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
• Duration: 1-year

Key Responsibilities

AI Tools, Outreach & Training

• Research and review government and commercial AI tools and solutions.
• Engage internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify potential AI use cases.
• Support users in adopting AI tools and coordinate related training and upskilling initiatives.
• Develop communications and materials to promote AI awareness and adoption.

Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Platforms

• Support the administration and monitoring of Microsoft 365 Copilot licences and usage.
• Assist with procurement, budgeting and administrative coordination.
• Coordinate AI-related training programmes and review course requirements.
• Respond to user queries and prepare regular updates/sharing on AI initiatives.

POC, Events & Partnerships

• Coordinate technology showcases, visits, events and partner engagements.
• Support Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects from coordination through trial monitoring.
• Track project progress and support the assessment of solutions for wider adoption.
