Job summary

Join a government technology project team supporting the adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging technology initiatives.

As an Project Support Officer, you will support AI tool implementation, outreach and training across various units. You will help identify suitable use cases, guide users on AI tools, prepare communications and support ongoing learning initiatives.

You will also assist with Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI platforms, including licence administration, usage monitoring, budget coordination, training support and maintenance of an AI portal and community of practice.

The role includes coordinating technology visits, showcases and partner engagements. You will support proofs of concept, track trials, connect operational needs with suitable technology partners and help assess solutions for wider adoption.
