Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior / Assistant Manager to lead facilities projects across healthcare infrastructure. You will manage projects from feasibility through completion, coordinate architectural drawings and technical documentation, and liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a degree in Architecture/Engineering/Building and at least 3 years of multidisciplinary project experience, with strong coordination,

• Familiar with commercial drawing software and independent work.

Senior / Assistant Manager, Facilities Projects (Healthcare)

Building Projects | Facilities Development | Project Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage building, facilities and infrastructure projects from planning to completion
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, budgets and project schedules

• Provide design/project engineering support and technical advice

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Building or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years' experience managing multidisciplinary building/facilities projects

Experience handling fast-paced / fast-track projects will be advantageous

Familiar with commercial drawing software

Strong project coordination, communication and organisational skills

Proactive and able to manage projects independently
