Qualifications

• 3-5 years in compliance, governance, project coordination, or regulatory support.
• Experience with restructuring, conversion or similar regulatory projects is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and document management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and deadline management.
• High discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project activities with the Senior Manager and track progress.
• Support regulatory compliance, legal coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain compliance trackers, prepare correspondence, and manage document repositories.
• Administer contract/lease/licence/grant novation processes, inventory mgmt, status tracking, and doc control.
• Provide reporting, due diligence support, and dashboard updates for executive oversight.
