Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) (ARC) seeks a senior transformation coordinator to lead governance, regulatory liaison, and risk management for a 2.5–3 year project transitioning to a new CLG structure. You will work closely with regulators, law firms, and internal teams to implement compliance programs and drive cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' work experience in governance, regulatory affairs, risk management or compliance.
• Minimum 5 years in corporate governance or regulatory affairs.
• Experience coordinating corporate restructuring or regulatory-intensive projects.
• Knowledge of Charities Act, Societies Act, Companies Act and governance codes.
• Proven experience liaising with regulators and external counsel.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary liaison with regulators and coordinate conversion submissions and approvals.
• Manage external legal counsel and oversee drafting and execution of key documents.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical plans for Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and Programme teams.
• Establish project governance with trackers, action plans, risk registers and reports.
• Lead a lean cross-functional project team to ensure timely conversion activities.
• Identify, assess and escalate project, legal, regulatory and operational risks with mitigations.
• Oversee transfer of contracts, grants, licences, MOUs and other agreements to the new entity.
• Coordinate change management and stakeholder communications for staff, donors and partners.
• Prepare communications and guidance on regulatory changes.
• Ensure all activities comply with statutory and organisational requirements.
