Job summary

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) (ARC (S)) is seeking a senior leader to drive a landmark transformation project to migrate from a registered society to a CLG. You will coordinate regulators, external counsel, and internal teams across Finance, HR, IT, and Programme functions, while establishing governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of work experience including 5 years in governance, regulatory affairs, risk or compliance.
• Experience leading cross-functional, regulatory-intensive projects.
• Experience coordinating corporate restructurings or statutory conversions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with regulators and coordinate conversion submissions and regulatory correspondence.
• Manage external legal counsel and oversee drafting of key legal documents.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical plans for Finance, HR, IT, Procurement and Programme teams.
• Establish project governance, risk registers, and progress reporting to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional team to ensure timely conversion activities and issue resolution.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks with actionable recommendations.
• Oversee transfer of contracts, grants, licences, leases, MOUs to the new entity.
• Coordinate change management and stakeholder communications for staff, donors, partners.
• Prepare communications and guidance on regulatory changes.
