Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Governance Operation Project Intern for its Shop (Listing Governance) team. You will support daily risk monitoring, case reviews, and operational improvements across Southeast Asia, leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and accuracy.

You will participate in handling high-visibility cases, assist in preparing leadership-ready reports, and contribute to SOP improvements while gaining hands-on governance and policy experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Detail-oriented with a curious mindset and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate seller and product risk cases across SEA markets, using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Handle urgent/high-visibility cases (government recalls, PR issues) and coordinate timely follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day operations including case reviews, configuration updates, and process troubleshooting.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and summaries on case status and trends for leadership updates.
• Contribute to development of agentic tools by validating cases and iterating on logic for better accuracy.
