Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Governance, Risk and Compliance professional to lead internal control activities across Asia Pacific, ensuring compliant, well-documented processes and effective risk management. You will develop and maintain GRC frameworks, deliver training, coordinate with headquarters, oversee data protection, and report governance issues.

A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in risk management or compliance are required, with strong policy writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant field preferred.
• At least 2 years in risk management, governance, internal control, or compliance.
• Knowledge of current laws and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance frameworks.
• Strong policy writing skills and documentation ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and execute internal control functions across Asia Pacific offices to ensure compliant processes.
• Establish, maintain, and enhance internal control frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Review and evaluate effectiveness of internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Support audit remediation by reviewing responses and tracking corrective actions.
• Ensure audit items are resolved, documented, and closed timely.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programmes and materials.
• Coordinate with headquarters on regional compliance initiatives and training needs.
• Oversee data protection and privacy practices to comply with regulations and company policies.
• Lead GRC activities across Asia Pacific offices.
• Partner with senior leadership to align risk and governance with business objectives.
• Identify and report internal control deficiencies and risk issues with improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate and maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Develop and implement risk-based compliance monitoring programs.
