Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a meticulous professional to evaluate end-to-end business processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation. You will review and standardise SOPs, strengthen internal controls and governance across procurement, claims, vendor onboarding, and payments.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance/management with at least three years in audit, finance, operations or compliance, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, finance, operations, process improvement, compliance or business support functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate end-to-end business processes and workflows across departments within the Group.
• Identify process bottlenecks, duplicated tasks, delays, manual activities and operational inefficiencies.
• Propose practical solutions to improve processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Assist in developing, standardising, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Review approval procedures, delegated authority limits, documentation practices, and segregation of duties.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, established procedures, and company guidelines.
• Identify weaknesses in internal controls, operational risks and areas of non-compliance.
• Assist in strengthening corporate governance and internal control frameworks.
• Conduct periodic reviews of selected operational processes, including claims, procurement, reimbursements, vendor onboarding, payments, inventory management and records management.
• Monitor the implementation of agreed action plans and follow up on outstanding corrective measures.
• Maintain tracking records for review findings, remedial actions and process improvement initiatives.
