Job summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for measuring, optimizing and growing our digital marketing performance. The role will analyze campaign data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and return on marketing investment.

Marketing Communications

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies / communications across social media, website, email, SEO/GEO, paid search, paid social and other digital channels.

• Work closely with brand principals to ensure all marketing content complies with brand guidelines.

• Demonstrate good understanding of product Features, Advantages, Features by working with different stakeholders to bring out salient differentiators in marketing content.

• Assist in preparing and coordinating marketing content for different digital platforms.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

• Manage and update social media and digital marketing platforms, ensuring full integration with all other marketing initiatives across the Company's portfolio.

• Analyze performance across digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, email, SEO/GEO, display, and website analytics.

• Work with external agencies and partner to monitor campaign performance and continuosly improve future campaigns.

• Prepare and maintain marketing dashboards and recurring performance reports to track campaign performance and KPIs.

• Assist in developing content plans to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

• Execute e-commerce strategies through the Company's e-shop and relevant e-commerce platforms to support changing market and business needs.

• Monitor A&P fund resourcefully to achieve high impact on sales growth and ROI.

• Track and analyse post-promotion marketing results and provide recommendations for future activities.

Market Analysis

• Maintain a good understanding of changing market conditions and competitive dynamics through regular engagement with key and potential customers, market research and industry studies.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and provide relevant market insights to support marketing and business decisions.
• Identify emerging market trends and opportunities that may support the Company's growth and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Business or a related discipline.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing intelligence, business analytics or a similar role.

• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, campaign performance and marketing analytics.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong execution and follow-through skills.

• Good project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work within timelines in a fast pace environment.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners and within a team environment.
