ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an events coordinator to support planning, rehearsals, performances and on-ground execution at central Singapore event sites. This contract runs ASAP through March 2027, with evenings and weekends during rehearsals and events as required.

The role involves coordinating groups, volunteers and vendors, assisting with venue operations, crowd management and logistics, and handling event documentation. Previous experience in events or multimedia is preferred.

Formación

• Min Diploma with 1-2 years' experience in events, production, logistics or multimedia
• Comfortable with hands-on work and evening/weekend schedules during event periods
