Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Google Workspace Support Engineer to deliver technical support, troubleshooting, and administration for Google Workspace across Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and more.

You will serve as a trusted technical partner for clients, ensuring seamless user experiences and timely issue resolution. You will handle incident management, user provisioning, and security configurations, collaborating with IT operations and security teams to align solutions with business

Qualifications

Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong technical support skills.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace applications and Admin Console.
Understanding of identity and access management (SSO, MFA) and security basics.

Responsibilities

Provide first-call resolution for Google Workspace issues via phone, email, and remote access.
Troubleshoot Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides; resolve high-priority incidents.
Manage user provisioning, access controls, and license administration in Admin Console.
Support Google Workspace integrations with third-party apps and services.
Update knowledge bases and share best practices with the team.
