Job summary

Tehc Leisure invites applications for a kitchen role at our busy golf driving range in Joo Koon. You will prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes, handle a station (grill, wok, fryer or others), and support events and buffet setups.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of kitchen experience, a culinary qualification or relevant experience, and a WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate. You should be a hands-on team player and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in a unique leisure

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Culinary qualification or relevant experience.
• Valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience with buffet or event preparation is an advantage.
• Positive team player with a hands-on attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Handle assigned kitchen station such as grill, wok, fryer or other sections.
• Support restaurant service, events and buffet preparation.
• Ensure food quality, portioning, presentation and consistency.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor ingredients, stock levels and food wastage.
• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
