Job summary

Orchid Country Club in Singapore is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to deliver warm hospitality, welcome members and guests, and assist with day-to-day operations.

You will operate golf simulators, support users, manage bookings and POS transactions, and assist with events and programmes while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

This role requires good communication, computer literacy and a willingness to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts on a 6-day roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and service oriented.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or retail operations would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality to members and guests
• Welcome, engage with and assist members and guests
• Operate golf simulators and provide support to users
• Manage bookings, payments and Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions
• Assist with events, programmes and day-to-day operations
• Maintain a clean, modern and welcoming environment
• Carry out any other duties or special assignments as may be assigned by the Reporting Officer from time to time
