Red Hat is seeking a Go To Market (GTM) Operations Analyst Intern to join our Singapore team. You will work closely with a senior mentor to build practical knowledge and collaborate with a global group, gaining exposure to data-driven sales insights and reporting.

As a full-time intern, you will collect user input, analyze market data, develop competitive analyses, and translate findings into compelling visuals and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Full time student working towards a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting or related field from tertiary institution.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills.
  • Passion and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally.
  • Natural curiosity and proven interest in using data for storytelling.
  • Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team.
  • Able to commit 6 months full time internship from January 2027, start date to be set based on university guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and document input from Red Hat technology users, customers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs.
  • Develop a competitive analysis through researching competitive solutions and documenting their relative strengths and weaknesses.
  • Assist to develop standard sales performance reports, support sales pipeline management.
  • Assist to provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders, using both internal tools as well as approved AI-powered tools to identify trends, build forecasts and models to optimize sales performance.
  • Translate key findings into visualized presentations.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve tools, templates, and operational efficiency of GTM Operations.
  • Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive.
