Job summary

Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD is seeking a Go-To-Market Operations Analyst Intern in Singapore. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and collaborate with a broader global team, contributing to meaningful projects and shaping GTM processes.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data for data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and logistical skills.
• Curiosity and passion for using data to tell stories.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a wider team.
• Commit to 6 months full-time internship starting January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document input from Red Hat users, customers, and stakeholders to understand needs.
• Develop a competitive analysis by researching solutions and documenting strengths/weaknesses.
• Assist to develop standard sales performance reports and support sales pipeline management.
• Provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders using internal and approved AI tools to identify trends, build forecasts, and optimize sales performance.
• Translate key findings into visualized presentations.
• Support ad-hoc projects to improve tools, templates, and GTM Operations efficiency.
• Network with fellow interns in a collaborative environment.
