Red Hat is looking for a Deal Architect Intern to join our Singapore team. The focus for Red Hat's Intern Program is a dual partnership between the Emerging Talent Team, and our intern managers. As a Deal Architect Intern, you will work closely with your mentors and manager to gain hands‑on exposure to enterprise software sales, commercial strategy, deal structuring, and the operational aspects of a global technology business. What You Will Do

• Support Deal Architects in the development, review, and execution of customer deals across APAC.
• Assist with the analysis of deal structures, pricing, discounts, contract terms, and commercial scenarios.
• Prepare deal analysis, financial models, presentations, business cases, and supporting materials for internal approvals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to help progress deals, analysis, execution of customer agreements and commercial transactions.
• Maintain accurate deal documentation
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve deal processes, tools, templates, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct research and analysis on market, customer, pricing, and commercial trends relevant to APAC.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to deal strategy, sales operations, and commercial transformation.

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computing & Law or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different functions
• Interest in open source technology, and/or software business models.
• Self‑motivated, curious, and willing to learn
• Strong English communication skills. Additional APAC languages are a plus.
• Able to commit full time internship for 6months starting January 2027 #LI-EL1
