Red Hat Asia Pacific is seeking a Marketing intern in Singapore to work with a senior mentor and an international team locally and globally. You will gain hands-on experience across the marketing funnel, learn field marketing tactics, and deepen your understanding of the Red Hat portfolio.

Responsibilities include supporting ASEAN campaigns, KPI tracking, content syndication, cross-portfolio newsletters, and paid media campaigns while collaborating with the performance analytics and digital

• Coordinate content syndication for ASEAN and align paid media with digital team
• Prepare ASEAN cross-portfolio newsletters and reporting
• Assist in paid media programs and social media campaigns with publishers
• Monitor and report on campaign performance
• Network with other interns to thrive in the workplace

Red Hat Marketing team is currently looking for Marketing intern to join us in Singapore. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally. You can expect challenging and engaging real-world projects where you gain an understanding of each stage of the marketing funnel. You’ll have the opportunity to learn field marketing offers and tactics , develop a knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio and gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing, focusing on Commercial Segment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of ASEAN marketing campaigns on ground on a range of field marketing tactics, including flagship events and virtual conferences.

• Operational support and KPI tracking by country / industry by collaborating with the performance analytics team to track program and investment ROI

• Operationalize and track content syndication program for ASEAN, understand paid media requirements and orchestration with digital team

• Prepare ASEAN cross portfolio newsletter orchestration and reporting

• Assist in Paid Media Programs, support the execution of paid media campaigns, display advertising, social media ads and campaigns run with publishers

• Assist in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

• Network with other talented interns in workplace where you can be yourself and thrive

Required Skills:

• Full time students working towards Bachelor's/ Master's degree program

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions

• Passion and willingness to support crafting and implementation of marketing campaigns

• Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally

• Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team.

• Able to commit full time internship for 6months starting January 2027
