Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Consultant in Singapore to drive modern platform architectures and successful delivery for ASEAN clients. You will lead medium to large projects, define requirements, and mentor teams while advocating for Red Hat solutions.
You will design architectures around RedHat OpenShift, automation at scale, and strong governance. Strong customer-facing skills and certification are essential.
The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join us in Singapore supporting the ASEAN region. In this role, you will promote the adoption of RedHat's solutions at our key enterprise accounts, government agencies, and service provider partners. You'll define requirements and deliver solutions based on the RedHat portfolio of solutions and services offerings. You will lead medium to Large-sized project teams and ensure the quality of customer deliverables for one or more projects. You will apply well-developed consulting, business, and process expertise in your work and coach and mentor others while building good customer relationships. You will earn the trust and confidence of our customer Project, Development, and Operations teams by matching their requirements and use cases with the functional capabilities of our solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a customer advocate within RedHat, delivering the right solutions and ensuring that these solutions are implemented and supported in a creative and reliable way.
Design and implement modern platform architectures with a strong understanding of RedOpenShift, OpenShift Virtualization, and automation at scale.
Win the confidence of our customers through the successful delivery of discovery, analysis, and design workshops that shape and influence the customer’s architecture design decisions to align with the RedHat solution.
Understand industry practices and Red’s policies, procedures, and values.
Act as a trusted advisor to technical Red and customer resources.
Consider customer culture and organizational context in design and delivery, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Support technical pre‑sales efforts, workshops, and proofs of concept by bringing business context and value‑first thinking.
Demonstrate strong experience in defining best practices for platform deployment, hardening, observability, monitoring and alerting, capacity management, scalability, resiliency, and security operations.
Accelerate collaboration across stakeholders and project teams.
Deliver workshops, discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
Mentor and guide junior consultants and customer engineers.
Engage in pre‑sales activities, including scoping, technical proposal development, solution demos, and architectural reviews.
Contribute to Red’s internal methodologies, playbooks, reference architectures, and shared consulting assets.
Stay current with emerging Technologies , Kubernetes, platform engineering, and open‑source trends, and incorporate them into customer solutions.
