Responsibilities

• Collect and document input from Red Hat users, customers, and stakeholders to understand needs.
• Develop a competitive analysis by researching solutions and documenting strengths/weaknesses.
• Assist to develop standard sales performance reports and support sales pipeline management.
• Provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders using internal and approved AI tools to identify trends, build forecasts, and optimize sales performance.
• Translate key findings into visualized presentations.
• Support ad-hoc projects to improve tools, templates, and GTM Operations efficiency.
• Network with fellow interns in a collaborative environment.

Red Hat is currently looking for Go To Market (GTM) Operations Analyst Intern to join us in Singapore. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader global team. What you will do:

• Collect and document input from Red Hat technology users, customers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs
• Develop a competitive analysis through researching competitive solutions and documenting their relative strengths and weaknesses.
• Assist to develop standard sales performance reports, support sales pipeline management
• Assist to provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders, using both internal tools as well as approved AI-powered tools to identify trends, build forecasts and models to optimize sales performance.
• Translate key findings into visualized presentations
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve tools, templates, and operational efficiency of GTM Operations
• Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive

What you will bring:

• Full time student working towards Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting or related field from tertiary institution
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
• Passion and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
• Natural curiosity and proven interest in using data for storytelling
• Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
• Able to commit 6 months full time internship from January 2027, start date to be set based on university guidance
