Job summary

Sanofi Group in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including kitting and raw materials sampling, ensuring accurate materials handling and on‑time delivery to manufacturing. The role requires strong leadership, GMP/GDP knowledge and hands‑on experience with SAP HANA/EWM and LIMS.

You will coach teams, drive 5S, safety and continuous improvement, and collaborate with QA/QC, Planning and IT to optimise material flow and accuracy in a GMP

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience in a GMP/GDP environment.
• Supervisory experience leading multiple teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Diploma in Logistics or related field; higher qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including kitting, raw materials sampling and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, HSE; maintain 5S and safe operation of equipment.
• Coordinate production orders, material availability and on‑time delivery to manufacturing floor.
• Coach and develop team members; drive continuous improvement and KPI delivery.
