Wuxi Biologics Biopharmaceuticals Singapore Private Limited is seeking a senior warehouse operations lead in Singapore to oversee GMP-compliant daily warehouse activities. The role emphasizes audit readiness, deviation handling, change control and investigation of complaints.

You will drive warehouse projects, design and construction, system deployments and renovations to improve efficiency and compliance, while leading a team and maintaining KPI performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on GMP manufacturing or warehouse operations experience.
• Experience leading GMP audits, deviation handling, change control and complaint investigations.
• Experience in warehouse project management (design, construction, system deployment, renovations).
• Valid Forklift Operation License.
• WSHO certification and Dangerous Goods Handling Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring CGMP compliance and quality standards.
• Lead audits pass with GMP regulatory and customer audits.
• Maintain warehouse QMS to regulatory and customer requirements.
• Manage Warehouse KPIs and staff development and adherence to policies.
• Lead EHS management and risk assessments in the warehouse.
• Inventory control with monthly counts and SAP bin location synchronization; dispose expired/rejected materials.
• Budget planning and cost control; coordinate with finance for asset stocktaking.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Sales and EHS for safe supply chain operations.
