Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with global employment models (EOR, third-party dispatch, and BPO).
• Strong research and information synthesis across countries into structured conclusions.
• English as working language; capable of communicating with overseas legal teams or consultants.

Responsibilities

• Research employment models and compliance for overseas business, including contractor, EOR, outsourcing, and hiring scenarios.
• Coordinate with overseas legal teams, external law firms, and regional units to identify employment risks and regulatory requirements across countries/regions.
• Track labor law, taxation, data compliance, and workforce regulation updates to provide internal risk assessments.
• Translate compliance requirements into SOPs, systems, approvals, and workflows to drive global standardization.
• Build an overseas employment risk library and knowledge base for policy interpretation and solutions support.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Security to build a global workforce governance system.
• Participate in overseas employment projects including supplier evaluations and risk remediation.
