Qualifications

• Fast learner with strong critical thinking skills.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to research technical queries by analyzing and interpreting tax legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employment tax compliance obligations are met, including in-house preparation and submission of returns and collaboration with external advisors.
• Process employment tax payments within relevant statutory deadlines.
• Coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate employment tax filings.
• Assist business units with ad hoc employment tax queries by providing practical solutions relating to benefits in kind and other employment tax risks.
• Map employment tax processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform tax research and propose recommendations based on findings.
• Provide internal and external audit support, including data analysis.
• Leverage AI automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
