Job summary

CGS International Securities Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Private Wealth Relationship Manager in Singapore to originate and manage high net worth client relationships across Singapore and the ASEAN region.

You will translate market insights into tailored investment strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering excellent service. Grow assets under management by building a sustainable client pipeline, deepening wallet share, and coordinating with product, research and investment teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of client-facing experience in wealth management or related financial services.
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Ability to understand client needs and communicate investment ideas effectively.
• Regulatory awareness related to HNW advisory, KYC/AML or willingness to acquire.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively originate, acquire and develop new HNW client relationships in Singapore and ASEAN.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of prospective clients and convert to funded accounts.
• Grow assets under management and drive revenue through deep client engagement.
• Understand client objectives and provide suitable investment advice compliant with regulations.
• Collaborate with product, research and investment teams to translate market views into solutions.
• Contribute to cross-referrals and collaboration across CGSI's Private Wealth platform.
