Job summary

Nomura Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. is seeking a Client Services Manager within its International Wealth Management team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients across global markets, leveraging wealth management products and services.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers, ensuring accurate processing, client onboarding/offboarding, and seamless transaction support while aligning with regulatory requirements and a client-centric service approach.

Qualifications

• Degree from a University in Finance or Business.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as client services or relationship management within wealth management or private banking.
• Possess Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) papers 1 and 2.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with investment products, financial planning, and wealth management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental support in client service, relationship building and account maintenance to assist Relationship Managers.
• Respond to client inquiries on account documentation, activity, statements and transfers.
• Coordinate with Clients, Business Supports and Service Providers to ensure timely processing and delivery of client requirements.
• Assist in client on/off boarding pre-checks and account reviews.
• Ensure operations comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
• Report orders for equities, FX, structured and fixed-income products timely and accurately.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support and handle logistics for trips and meetings.
