WOW STAFFING is seeking a Financial Services Manager in Singapore to lead client relationships and deliver tailored wealth management solutions. You will understand client objectives, propose investment strategies, and collaborate with product specialists to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Banking or related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or related fields.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• CMFAS qualifications are advantageous; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients’ financial objectives and investment preferences.
• Provide suitable financial and wealth management solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients with high service standards.
• Conduct regular client reviews to enhance portfolios.
• Provide guidance on financial products and wealth planning strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends.
• Support business development initiatives and team targets.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow up on inquiries.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory and company requirements.
• Prepare business and client reports for management.
• Mentor and support junior team members where applicable.
