GRAVITAS RECRUITMENT GROUP (SG) PTE. LTD. seeks a Relationship Manager to grow Premier Banking business by acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients.

You will collaborate with investment, insurance and treasury specialists to offer holistic wealth management solutions and personalised financial planning. The role focuses on building client portfolios, achieving balance targets, and driving digital adoption while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• RNF and CFMAS certifications.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Experience managing affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of financial and wealth management products.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with investment, insurance and treasury specialists to provide holistic wealth management solutions to Premier Banking clients.
• Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio, driving client acquisition, activation and funding to achieve Premier Banking balance requirements.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing clients through proactive engagement and regular financial reviews.
• Provide market insights and investment updates, identifying clients' financial needs and recommending suitable wealth management solutions.
• Deliver personalised financial planning and advisory services based on clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, referrals and effective portfolio management.
• Encourage digital adoption by educating clients on digital and remote banking channels to enhance their banking experience.
• Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
