Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Global Warehouse Strategy Manager to own global partnerships with external warehouse providers and lead cross-border supply chain initiatives from Singapore. You will partner with HQ, APAC, and EMEA to align strategies and drive end-to-end improvements in warehouse operations.

The role requires 8–12+ years in supply chain, warehousing expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on analytics using Excel and KPIs.

Qualifications

8 to 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, warehousing and operations management.
Demonstrated background in direct or functional people management and leading distributed teams.
Proven track record of running end-to-end global supply chain initiatives.
Strong communication skills and cross-functional execution.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and KPIs monitoring.

Responsibilities

Global Partner Ownership & Governance: own relationships with external warehouse partners, lead reviews, track metrics and manage contracts.
Cross-Functional & Market Needs Nexus: be the primary POC for regional teams, gather regional needs and push insights HQ-wide.
Regional Mentorship & Decision Guidance: upskill regional contributors and maintain autonomy in solving bottlenecks.
End-to-End Project Leadership: lead complex cross-functional supply chain projects globally with clear updates.
Merchant-First Service Excellence: optimize warehousing network to reduce transit times and costs while ensuring PCI and regulatory compliance.
