Job summary

Cognizant seeks an experienced Application Delivery Manager to lead client-facing delivery of Veeva Vault CRM and related apps from Singapore. You will drive global build, regional rollouts, and multi-region deployments (LATAM, EURAM, APAC) with Veeva teams and client Product Leads, ensuring smooth SIT/UAT and cutover.

Ideal candidates have 10–12 years of techno-functional CRM delivery, hands-on Vault configuration, and proven global implementation experience in a consulting/vendor setup.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of techno-functional experience delivering CRM implementations on Veeva Vault/CRM.
• Hands-on configuration and customization experience.
• Global implementations on Vault as a platform (2–3 projects).
• Strong client-facing delivery experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating across global and regional stakeholders and vendors.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns (real-time, SIT/UAT, cutover).
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead global build and regional rollout of Vault CRM with Veeva teams.
• Prioritize sprints with Product Leads and manage core vs. customized apps.
• Define deployment to markets across LATAM, EURAM and APAC.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure aligned deployment and timelines.
• Oversee SIT, UAT plans and cutover strategy with the Veeva team.
• Support go-live, cutover, hypercare and user adoption.
