Qualifications

• 10–12 years of techno-functional experience delivering CRM implementations on Veeva CRM/Vault CRM.
• Hands-on configuration and customization experience.
• Proven Vault platform experience including Vault PromoMats, Vault CRM, Vault Clinical.
• Completion of 2–3 global Vault implementations as a platform.
• Strong client-facing delivery and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and manage relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
• Drive global build and regional rollout of Vault CRM across LATAM, EURAM, APAC.
• Coordinate with product leads to prioritize sprints and manage core vs. customized apps.
• Ensure smooth deployment, SIT/UAT planning, and cutover across markets.
