The role requires 10–12 years of techno-functional CRM experience, hands-on Vault/Veeva expertise, and strong stakeholder management. Based in Singapore, you're expected to lead cross-functional teams through SIT/UAT and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• 10+ to 12 years of techno-functional CRM experience.
• Hands-on in configuration and customization (nice-to-have).
• Must be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead global build of Vault CRM with Veeva PS team, coordinating with Product Leads.
• Prioritize sprints and manage core delivery.
• Coordinate regional market needs across application and real-time integration patterns in Vault.
• Define and deploy Vault CRM across LATAM, EURAM, and APAC regions.
• Identify localization changes to support expansion.
• Manage integration challenges with upstream/downstream squads; align with SIT/UAT and cutover strategy.
• Lead project teams and ensure SIT/UAT alignment and post-deployment transitions.
