JonDavidson Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced CRM Delivery Lead for Vault/Veeva platforms. You will drive global Vault CRM builds, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure successful deployments across LATAM, EURAM, APAC.

The role requires 10–12 years of techno-functional CRM experience, hands-on Vault/Veeva expertise, and strong stakeholder management. Based in Singapore, you're expected to lead cross-functional teams through SIT/UAT and post-deployment support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional market needs across application and real-time integration patterns in Vault.
• Define and deploy Vault CRM across LATAM, EURAM, and APAC regions.
• Identify localization changes to support expansion.
• Manage integration challenges with upstream/downstream squads; align with SIT/UAT and cutover strategy.
• Lead project teams and ensure SIT/UAT alignment and post-deployment transitions.

Job description

1. Experience: 10 to 12 years of strong techno-functional experience handling CRM implementations in Veeva CRM / Vault CRM, with hands-on experience in configuration, customization (nice-to-have), and Events Management. Must be based in Singapore.

2. Platform Expertise: Prior hands-on experience with the Vault platform (PromoMats, Vault, Vault Clinical) and a track record of completing at least 2-3 global Vault platform implementations.

3. Core Delivery: Responsible for the global build of the Vault CRM application in collaboration with the Veeva Professional Services team, working closely with MSD Product Leads to prioritize sprints and manage core delivery along with customized applications.

4. Governance & Stakeholder Management: Report to the Global E2E Lead, Ex-US CRM Application Lead, Engineering & Platform Lead, and CRM Product Lead. Act as the Application Delivery Lead liaising across all key stakeholders.

5. Regional Alignment: Coordinate regional market needs across application and real-time integration patterns in Vault.

6. Global Deployment: Define and deploy the Vault CRM application tailored from the Core template across LATAM, EURAM, and APAC regions.

7. Localization: Identify localization changes across markets to support expanded business presence.

8. Integration & Testing: Manage integration challenges with upstream/downstream squads; align with E2E leads and Veeva teams on SIT, UAT planning, and final cutover strategy across organizations.

9. Team Leadership: Lead and support project teams, ensuring SIT/UAT alignment and seamless post-deployment transitions.
