Job summary

NetEase SG campus recruitment is seeking an User Acquisition Associate to join the growth team. You will execute paid UA across Meta, Google, TikTok and app stores, manage budgets, and test creatives to improve ROAS in overseas markets.

The role requires a degree in Marketing/Business or related fields, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and a data-driven mindset. You will work with senior UA specialists and collaborate with the creative team to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business/Data/Media/Communications/CS.
• Data-sensitive; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; understands CPI/LTV/ROAS.
• Clear logical thinking and results-driven mindset in fast-paced acquisition.
• Experience with multi-market campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run paid UA campaigns on Meta/Google/TikTok/app stores; manage daily budgets and bidding.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives and iterate high-converting creatives with the creative team.
• Monitor CPI/ROAS/retention and produce daily/weekly UA reports.
• Support ASO and influencer/KOC campaigns.
• Assist target-market UA strategy reviews and budget allocation.
