Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore seeks an Associate in the ITS business to support fiduciary services, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.

You will administer end-to-end trust and corporate administration tasks. Responsibilities include processing documents, coordinating with Trust Officers, preparing financial statements, onboarding new structures, and liaising with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ fiduciary experience.
• Knowledge of trust law and legal/regulatory requirements affecting international fiduciary locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications; adaptive to new systems and technologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trust Officers in the preparation and execution of relevant documents related to trust administration; including account opening forms for internal and external bank and investment accounts, processing all required documentation including Letters of Direction, Minutes, Power of Attorney, Resolutions and subscription documents.
