Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is seeking an Associate in Country Business Management to support the Senior Country Business Manager in Singapore.

You will work with senior management and business lines to enhance governance, controls, and regulatory compliance for the Singapore franchise. The role focuses on driving business growth, coordinating regulatory programs, and delivering financial analysis and reporting while collaborating across functions to manage risk and improve operating standards in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services.
Experience in control and risk management, finance, audit, compliance, or project management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Assist SCBM in researching and implementing business opportunities to grow the firm's franchise in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Support location and regional projects to improve governance and controls.
Prepare financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
Partner with business managers and risk/control teams on strategy and governance.
Identify and drive improvements in systems, processes, and workflows.
Coordinate NBIA and Change Management to meet regulatory expectations.
