ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned transformation consultant to support multi-workstream programmes across planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to operating model design, governance frameworks, and policy development while preparing executive-level materials and supporting business development efforts. A strong mix of documentation, analytics, and cross-cultural collaboration is essential.

Qualificações

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, or transformation.
• Experience in operating model design, governance, risk management, and policy development.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with executive-level presentation experience.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent analytics and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with regional/international or multicultural teams is preferred.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support programme management and transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, governance reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct organizational, operating model, and process assessments, and support the design and implementation of target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, governance documents, management reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and support the successful delivery of programme objectives within established timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, governance forums, and management discussions across regional and head office functions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, implementation plans, and decision papers, while providing practical recommendations to support business objectives.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, market research, RFP responses, and development of knowledge assets.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables, collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
