Job summary

DNV Singapore is seeking a Training Manager to drive growth, strategic direction, development, and delivery of Public, In-House, and Private Training services across SEA and Oceania.

You will lead trainers, collaborate with Sales and customers to identify learning needs, and develop tailored training solutions while ensuring academic and accreditation standards are met. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Knowledge/experience in management systems, certification, assurance, sustainability, or related technical disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience managing a training institute, academy, learning function, or equivalent operation.
• Proven design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs, including face-to-face and virtual learning.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying customer needs and supporting business growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage external educational programs for customers across SEA/Oceania.
• Lead planning, organization, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Achieve training revenue and growth objectives through business development and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales and clients to identify market opportunities and tailor training solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients to support growth and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing to promote programs via conferences, webinars, and events.
• Develop training content, materials, and promotional content for delivery and growth.
• Oversee logistics for face-to-face and virtual courses.
