You will coordinate with Paris teams, maintain monitoring tools, and participate in global Run Quality improvements, ensuring stable operations and timely information sharing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting trading, risk management and portfolio processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of live trading environments and business-critical apps.
• Experience with cross-regional teams and global incidents.

Responsibilities

• Production monitoring for global IT platform and incident response.
• Coordinate incident resolution with Paris teams when needed.
• Maintain monitoring systems and improve procedures.
• Engage in Follow-the-Sun coverage and release follow-ups.
• Provide local user support and collect feedback on Run Quality.
