Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Permit Officer / Permit Declarant to support import/export activities in our East Singapore operations. The role involves checking documentation, processing LC applications, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You'll liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and authorities, handle permit declarations and duty permits, and perform general administrative duties. Preference for candidates with NITEC in related field and 2 years' relevant experience.

Qualifications

Minimum NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with permit declarations and shipping documentation is an advantage.
Experience in import/export, logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or 3PL environments, or Customs Competency Test for Declarants.

Responsibilities

Check supplier pricing, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Prepare and process Letter of Credit (LC) applications and related documentation.
Handle customs-related activities, including permit declarations and duty permits.
Ensure import/export documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
