Job summary

NANSHAN ALUMINIUM SINGAPORE CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trade Operations Executive to manage end-to-end international trade operations, including bulk vessel shipments, ISO-tank containers, drums and IBC packaging. You will oversee shipping documentation, logistics coordination and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with L/C and trade finance, strong coordination with customers, banks and suppliers, and attention to detail for accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business/Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in trade operations, shipping or logistics.
• Experience with bulk vessel shipments, ISO-tanks, drums and IBC packaging.
• Hands-on import/export documentation and customs processes.
• Experience with L/C and trade finance documentation.
• Knowledge of incoterms and international shipping practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor import/export shipments end-to-end.
• Arrange bookings with lines, forwarders, and logistic providers.
• Prepare shipping documents: CI, B/L, COO, COA, Insurance certificates.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and incoterms.
• Coordinate with banks and customers on L/C negotiation and documents.
• Maintain shipment records and operational reports.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on status and docs.
