Job summary

PECK TIONG CHOON TRANSPORT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to take in orders from local and overseas customers, and hand over to operations.

You will keep customers updated on shipment status, coordinate airfreight and seafreight, maintain relationships with overseas agents and clients, and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Strong English and Chinese, at least one year of experience, and a certificate/diploma in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of working experience.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Experience liaising with overseas clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take in all orders from local and overseas customers and process them for the operations team.
• Keep customers updated on shipment status or requests.
• Coordinate airfreight, sea freight, import/export and cross-trade shipments.
• Maintain good relationships with overseas agents and customers to promote sales.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved.
