Job summary

Vital Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to manage trade documentation and trading operations for the company’s paper business in Singapore. The role requires handling import/export documentation, LC processing, and coordination with global teams to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years’ experience in documentation and trading operations, with knowledge of Europe markets in paper.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-8 years in Documentation and Trading Operations.
• Knowledge of Europe Markets in Paper.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Navision ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work across time zones and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade documentation and operations for the paper business.
• Handle import & export documentation (BL, packing list, invoices, COO, etc.).
• Process and submit import L/C applications to banks; review export L/Cs and request amendments if any.
• Coordinate with suppliers/agents for documentation and shipping requirements.
• Check shipment status and inform sales/customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure import documents comply with contracts.
• Prepare export documents per LC and customer requirements.
• Monitor payments from customers against L/C or terms.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely delivery of commodities.
• Work with Senior Management to grow revenue and profits.
