Recruit Expert Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Trade Finance Specialist to manage end-to-end activities, including LCs, collections, bank guarantees, and related banking transactions. You will prepare, review, and process import/export documents, coordinate with banks, customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

Qualifications

Diploma in Finance, Banking, Accountancy, Business, Economics or equivalent.
At least 5 years of trade finance experience in Shipping/Maritime industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to ERP or financial systems.
Strong attention to detail with good communication and independence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Manage end-to-end trade finance activities (LCs, documentary collections, bank guarantees).
Prepare, review and process import/export documents in LC terms and banking requirements.
Coordinate with banks, customers, suppliers and internal teams on trade docs and payments.
Monitor trade transactions, payment schedules and outstanding documents.
Maintain records and support reconciliation, reporting, audit and compliance.
