Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager to lead technology development and engineering builds, align cross-functional plans, and optimize resources for semiconductor manufacturing projects.

You will forecast materials, costs, and timing, supervise daily TD build execution, and drive improvements across teams. Strong leadership, communication, and PM skills are essential in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
3–5+ years in Semiconductor Frontend/Backend Manufacturing (HBM experience preferred).
Experience in Project/Process Integration, Program Management, Technology Development, or Operations Management.
Solid understanding of advanced packaging flows.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, statistical tools, Confluence, Power BI and Power Apps.
Knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Knowledge of Project Management Tools/Systems.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Handle technology development and engineering builds in partnership with process, equipment, and manufacturing teams.
Define and execute build plans, priorities, milestones, and schedules with cross-functional stakeholders.
Align plans and deliverables to ensure timely, cohesive execution to meet program requirements.
Forecast build, material, cost, and resource requirements; maintain planning data and tools.
Optimize build schedules, material preparation, and logistics to minimize waste and delays.
Supervise daily execution including wafer offloading, kitting, and TD build support.
Coordinate engineering builds and APTD operations per standards and processes.
Facilitate reviews to track progress and address challenges for operation readiness.
Monitor status and health to stakeholders; lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Identify and resolve risks and roadblocks; centralize project documentation using SharePoint/Confluence.
Ensure deliverables meet program requirements and align with business processes.
AI Responsibilities: integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
