Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment or Process.
• Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence indirect leadership.
• Demonstrated capability in dealing with complexity and applying resources effectively.
• Recognized for performance excellence and successful leadership characteristics.
• Viewed as an excellent mentor, team builder, and motivator.
• Experience managing large, multi-layer groups encompassing a variety of fields.
• Proficiency in managing through systems, informing, organizational agility, dealing with ambiguity, and listening.
• Proficient in AI or AI-enabled ways of working where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support the site to mitigate risks on their priorities by mobilizing the relevant Central Teams SME to support.
• Help the site meet targets on MAE programs across all pillar programs.
• Build and implement processes to improve %UD/SD performance globally.
• Build a library of area level BKMs for Equipment & Process Engineers to search for standards involving the setup of Equipment & associated processes.
• Collaborate with SMAI to integrate various systems to drive Equipment Performance improvement.
• Lead the team to success and embrace benchmarking to deliver strategies to close the gaps.
